Manufacturing of baked products creates great amount of heat from ovens and other equipment. Large production output requires a cool down process afterwards. In warm summer days this cooling process performed by means of mechanical extraction system supported by door/gates openings to create draft is time consuming. That’s the kind of situation where the evaporative cooling is the best and cheapest solution. Utilizing only 1kW of electricity it is possible for the Evaporative Cooler to cool down and ventilate the room/space area of 150-200 m2 (1600-2150 ft2). In warm summer day the Evaporative Coolers can cool down the supply air by approximately 8-12 °C.
